I officially think that The Hood Internet are the best mash-up DJs ever. Better than Girl Talk, better than DJ Z-Trip, better than Adrian and Mysterious D. Hood can take a song and appropriate a completely new feeling to it. Take this song for example. They just took a classic Ice Cube song and turned it into a “nighttime, PCH-cruising, dream-pop” insta-hit.

I think you owe it to yourself to play this song at least once, preferably at night or if you’re indulging in some indulgences. Holler.
